    Welcome to Physical Education /Active Living 10

    This is a learner-centered course that invites each individual to examine the role of physical movement in his/her life and how it relates to holistic health, and to engage in a range of physical activities. This range can include the simple activity of walking or a complex activity such as mountain climbing. Learners will perform simple home fitness tests at the beginning and end of this course. They will also have the opportunity to select and explore in depth a particular physical activity – be it a discipline such as Tai Chi or Karate; an individual, duo or team sport; or a recreational activity such as swimming, skating, skiing or snowboarding.
