To be eligible for the BC High School Diploma students must have a total of 80 credits:

1. 48 credits from Foundation courses
2. 28 credits from Elective courses
3. 4 credits for the Graduation Portfolio/Graduation Transitions requirements
4. Write 5 Provincial Exams, at least one at the Grade 12 Level
5. 4 other courses at the grade 12 level, some of these have Optional Exams*
6. A Fine Arts and/or Applied Skills 10, 11 or 12

In order to complete your registration, please fill in the learning plan below by checking the boxes of the course you  have already completed at the grades 10, 11 and 12 levels, at which school you completed the credits for that course, and your final course grade. Once you have completed this learning plan for your enrollment, SDH will maintain a learning plan to help you track your courses and high school graduation program.

Note for registrations in Math 10: When listing your math courses, please indicate which level of math you have completed, and/or intend to take with SelfDesign High. Please note that as of September 2010, the three math streams (Essentials, Application and Principles) will no longer ber offered at the grade ten level, but they will continue to be apart of the grades 11 and 12 math curriculum.  If you are registering for grade 10 math, please seeing our online course descriptions page for information on the AW and FPC courses.
